Had to take my 3 year old to the doctor, she had a sinus infection, and got prescribed antibiotics. Sad face. However, we went through the drive thru pharmacy, and the 3 yo, my step daughter, and myself, were jamming out to “Let it Go” from frozen. So we were still having fun. While we were waiting (and not very long, they did excellent), the drive thru staff also started singing along!!!!!. The girls loved it! Thank you so much!
The guy at the pharmacy drive through was rude about me arriving early for an appointment when there was no one else in line. Hard pass. Cancelled the appointment and rescheduled with Peoples Pharmacy.

Annette, Colby, Justin and Team are Awesome! They take the time to find lower priced (same generic) Stromectol and have saved me a bundle. I feel like they truly care about me. I go here for flu shots and covid booster shots too. They are knowledgeable and very helpful. (Unlike Hy-vee who can’t see me over their super tall counter and never seem to address me when I arrive inside). At NuCara Pharmacy Austin, I am greeted or acknowledged as soon as I walk or drive up, regardless if I am the only person or in line. I truly appreciate these hard working Pharmacists and Pharmacy Techs! Thank you!!
Thankful to be able to pick up my prescription, my pharmacy and several other pharmacies in the area have not had it available due to a shortage. Pharmacist made an extremely rude comment comment though essentially saying he hopes I don’t take my script as ordered. Having ADHD I do take my medication as prescribed as I should and nobody should be making comments like that. Not sure if it was an outdated judgement that women can’t have ADHD or I was judged due to having tattoos. As a pharmacist that’s incredibly inappropriate to say. In the nursing profession you wouldn’t dare tell your patient to not take their prescribed medication in fact you’d want to encourage them to be in compliance. Also as a pharmacist you should know why it’s important to be consistent with taking your therapeutic dose of medication. I didn’t plan to say anythin but reflecting on it it was inappropriate and unprofessional. I hope no other patient has to deal with this.

Pharmacists are always very pleasant, never a long wait to refill and pick up. Melanie is very helpful and I enjoy our short chats while selling me Stromectol.
Now after have been there for two years plus, I can honestly say NuCara Pharmacy Austin the rudest pharmacy I have ever worked with. John, the main pharmacist, can’t seem to count on a calendar when there are 31 days in a month. If you try to pick up your prescription a day early they will not let you saying their sale policy is not to give out prescriptions until the 28th day however they have never let me have my script on the 28th day but usually I have to wait until 30 days if not 31 days when my script is completely out. I always keep track of when I pick my script up because they go by when you pick up the script. If they give you a partial script, they go by the day you pick up the second part of your script not when you originally pick up the first part of the script when I pointed that out to them they said no we go by the receipt and I realized that when I had picked up the first partial they had not given me a receipt so I had no proof of the original pick up. I know I’m not the only customer that has this problem, my son has heard other customers fighting with John about picking up their script also because he couldn’t count 31 days in a month. f you want to pickup your script on time or early because you are going out of town or something, dont go to this pharmacy.

What I need is out of stock and was told it would be ready in the am. Still out of stock. Every time I call i have to hang up because my lunch or break is over. You should not have to wait 30 mins plus to get someone. Employees are nice but this place is so slow. If my insurance did not go thru this pharmacy I would not go here
Mins just to be told that it will take another 30-45mins. I was extremely disappointed and no one apologized for the inconvenience. I came 2pm and they werent busy no line either. Mind you i tried calling the pharmacy 3x before too and no answers. I Left the pharmacy and told them i will buy it online.

I’d give this place 0 stars if I could. On hold for over an hour several times and never answer, takes days to fill a script for meds prescribed from urgent care. Went there to pick up a Stromectol that my daughter needed urgently and found out they were closed in the middle of the day for 4 hours and could not get the med until the next evening. Called corporate and they couldn’t even get them to answer their phone. Switching to Avita Pharmacy 1035.
Old man in the front followed my only friend of color around and eyed her and then kicked us out saying we had to be 18 when all i needed was wound wash for my cut. And then when i tried to ask him a question he refused to talk to me.
